The Early Childhood Center at Adath Emanu-El will be opening its first Kindergarten prep class which gives children the opportunity to have extra time to learn and develop before heading into the public school arena.
ECC Director Jessica Nanus believes in letting children develop and grow at their own pace, regardless of what chronology might imply.
This class will engage children in an emergent literacy curriculum that is tactile and kinesthetic. Phonemic awareness and emergent literacy skill development as well as science, math, social studies and the arts will all weave together to create a rich and engaging curriculum for little learners.
Nanus believes in fostering self-esteem, a love of learning and feels strongly that all children should have the opportunity to grow and develop individually and at their own pace.
If you wish to enroll or have questions about this special program please call Nanus at (856) 608–1200 or email [email protected].
