The Lenape High School Hero Club is granting a wish for one of its classmates.
Eric “Ebo” Eberling is being treated for recurrent bone cancer. Eberling was diagnosed in his sophomore year and the doctors in the United States have run out of options for him. He is undergoing alternative treatment in Germany, which is very expensive and not covered by insurance.
There is a bowling fundraiser called “Bowl for Ebo” on Sunday, Nov. 24 at Laurel Lanes in Maple Shade. All proceeds will go to Eberling’s medical expenses.
