Kids and their animals will join for an afternoon story, and then the animals will remain at the library for a night of fun.
Kids in Mt. Laurel can get ready to introduce their stuffed animals to all the fun to be had at the Mt. Laurel Library.
On Saturday, Feb. 23, the Mt. Laurel Library will hold a “Stuffed Animal Sleepover” event.
To start, kids in grades four and younger are invited to join at the library for an afternoon story time at 1 p.m.
Then, after the story concludes, kids can leave their stuffed buddies at the library for a night full of books, exploring and making new friends.
Finally, families can head back to the library the next day on Sunday, Feb. 24, to retrieve the stuffed animals after their big night of fun.
Photos of the animals and their sleepover fun will be posted to the library’s Facebook page.
For kids who can’t make the story time, animals can also be dropped off at the library’s circulation desk by 5 p.m. on the day of the event.
