Adath Emanu-El has hired Derek Greeley in the new position of Director of Youth Engagement. The director will be responsible for overseeing many of our youth initiatives and will be working closely with the Senior Rabbi, Rabbi Benjamin David and Rabbi-Educator and Director of the Religious School, Rabbi Monica Kleinman.
Greeley will be the new Adath Emanu-El Federated Temple Youth and AEFTY Junior advisor in addition to working in the Early Childhood Center and the Religious School. He is a North American Federation of Temple Youth alumni and has worked with youth in an educational and athletic capacity for many years. He has been involved in social action with the group City Year and has participated in the Anti-Defamation League’s Glass Leadership Institute. Greeley and his wife Courtney come to Mt. Laurel from Denver, Col.
