The free panel is open to the public and will be held at the college’s Mt. Holy Campus at 4 p.m.
Rowan College at Burlington County’s Fashion Design and Merchandising program will host a discussion panel with industry leaders geared toward those interested in a career in fashion design, modeling, production or journalism.
The event is part of Atlantic City Fashion Week’s “The Business of Fashion” lecture series, in which industry leaders discuss the industry with students.
The free panel is open to the public and will be held at the college’s Mt. Holy Campus at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 5 in room 133.
“We have been very impressed with the quality of work produced by Rowan College at Burlington County’s fashion students and are excited to answer any questions they may have as they prepare for a career in fashion,” said Lamont Bowling, founder of Atlantic City Fashion Week.
Panelists include:
- Lamont and Jeana Bowling, founders and executive producer of Atlantic City Fashion Week.
- Stuart Ransome, fashion designer and partner of C&C Finest Clothing.
- Lloyd Crawford, editor-in-chief of i-Fashion Magazine.
- John Blassingame, publisher and CEO of Fashion Branding Magazine.
This event kicks off the annual Atlantic City Fashion Week held Sept. 5 through Sept. 8 at the Showboat Hotel.
