On Wednesday, Jan. 17, a 37-year-old Moorestown man was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment due to a domestic altercation. The man was taken to the Burlington County Jail on a warrant.
Additionally, on Jan. 17, a 66-year-old Collingswood man was charged on a special summons with defiant trespassing. The man refused to leave Powerback Rehab on Marter Avenue after receiving a 30 day notice of discharge.
