More cuts for school budget?: Council says it may cut 2 to 3 percent from defeated 2009–10 school budget, looking at salary freezes and pay raise reductions. Council believes it could shave about $632,000 off the budget without causing a detriment to the quality of programs or staff.

Another workshop set: Council says fifth budget meeting should be last as it looks for public input to reduce the proposed $24 million municipal budget.
