The Moorestown Improvement Association is hosting a Historic Walking Tour Series on Sunday, May 5, at 1 p.m. on East Main Street. Rain date is May 19.
The guided walk will begin and end on the corner of Zelley and Main Streets.
The walk will highlight historic sections of Main Street starting with the first water tower in Moorestown and leading out of town. The tour features more than 200 years of history.
Discover hidden gems, hear stories about how Moorestown grew. The tour will highlight buildings architecture and contributions to the town over the years.
The tour is approximately 90 minutes long. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle.
Tour fees will be collected the day of the event. For members the ticket fee is $5, $15 for nonmembers and 2013 membership. Moorestown Improvement Association family membership and the tour is $20.
