Moorestown detectives charge three subjects in association with Feb.28 K-Mart robberies

Moorestown detectives working in cooperation with Bensalem and Philadelphia police departments have charged three subjects in connection with the Feb. 28 robbery of jewelry from the K-Mart on 401 Route 38. The first K-Mart incident occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 28. K-Mart reported that jewelry valued at $27,000 was taken during the robbery. None of the jewelry has been recovered.

A man age 51 of Philadelphia was charged with shoplifting. Bail was set at $40,000 full.

A man age 40 of Philadelphia was charged with robbery. Bail was set at $50,000 full.

A man age 37 of Philadelphia was charged with robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, and terroristic threats. Bail was set at $75,000 full.

All three subjects are presently incarcerated in Pennsylvania on charges from other jurisdictions.
