Moorestown family’s blood drive rescheduled due to snow for Feb. 20

During the snowstorm on Jan. 23 and 24, many blood drives were cancelled due to the blizzard. The Third Annual Community Blood Drive in honor of Victoria Palko, which was to be held on Jan. 23, was cancelled for that reason. However, it has been rescheduled for Feb. 20.

Help save lives in honor of Victoria. Two years ago, this time of year, she was found unresponsive. Through the selflessness of blood donation, she’s completely healthy now and will be graduating from University of Delaware in May. Please help the Palko family show their appreciation and help pay it forward by coming out to the blood drive. Their goal is to get 100 pints of blood in one day.

The blood drive will be held on Feb. 20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Brandywine Senior Living at Moorestown Estates, 1205 North Church Street. There will be door prizes for those who come. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. Make an appointment today at www.tinyurl.com/vicpalko or call (609) 273–4217. A photo ID is required.
