Steve Cameron was a devoted husband and father, and soon to be “grand pop”. He was a loving friend, supportive coach and had so many wonderful attributes, especially “Warrior.” Steve earned his wings on Wednesday, June 13 at the age of 62. Born in Philadelphia but raised in South Jersey, he loved his wife, daughter, family, the beach and, of course, Mickey.
Steve was a beloved coach for Moorestown Soccer Club for more than 20 years and spent his career leading and developing many retail teams. His passion for the people in his life was clearly reflected in the amazing relationships he built and the outpouring of love and support his many friends have shown for him and his family over the last several months.
He is survived by his wife Lisa Rooney Cameron, his mother Dolores Cameron, his daughter Kristen Mitchell, his sister Lynne Desmond, and his nieces and nephews, Maura, Hannah, Arthur and Brendan.
