Moorestown resident Agnella Zapotochny suffers from dementia and is missing from her home on Cottage Ave. She was last seen at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21.
She is 84 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 150 pounds and was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt with “Cape May” on it and blue pants with a white stripe. She often mentions she wants to go home to her former residence on the 3400 block of Ormes St. in Philadelphia.
