The completely volunteer organization is looking to expand their village.
It Takes A Village is an all volunteer organization dedicated to helping seniors, disabled and returning veterans. The organization’s volunteers will run errands, visit clients, call and chat, drive clients to doctors or rehab and read to the visually impaired.
Areas currently covered in Burlington County include Cinnaminson, Delran, Hainesport, Maple Shade, Moorestown and Mount Laurel. The group is currently looking for new clients to help. Volunteers attend a one hour training given once a month.
