The following information was provided by the Medford Township Police Department.
On March 3, Medford Twp. Police were notified of a past tense theft that occurred on March 2 in Freedom Park around 11:30 a.m. The victim reported leaving a backpack unattended on a bench near the playground for several minutes and the backpack was missing upon returning.
The backpack contained two Apple IPhones valued at approximately $500. each. No suspects have been identified at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
