On Feb. 28, 2011 at approximately 9 a.m., the Evesham Police Department executed a search warrant at a home on Cooper Avenue in Marlton
This search warrant execution resulted in the seizure of prescription drugs, marijuana, United States Currency, a motor vehicle, and drug paraphernalia used in the consumptions and sale of CDS.
A 28-year-old male from Cooper Avenue in Marlton was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession with the Intent to Distribute CDS, Distribution of CDS and Distribution of CDS within 1,000 feet of a school, police reported.
The suspect was committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $35,000 bail.
This investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are likely, according to police.
