Shortly after 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 9, Evesham Fire and Rescue crews responded to the 100 block of Woodlake Drive in the township’s Kings Grant section for a reported dryer fire. Engine 2231 encountered a small fire in the second floor condominium’s dryer unit.
Engine 2232 arrived and assisted 31’s crew with search and ventilation. Ladder 2215 responded and assisted with exterior ventilation efforts. One patient was treated on scene for minor smoke inhalation and refused transport to the hospital.
There are no more details released from the incident.
