Evesham Township Police Blotter July 7 — July 19

The following reports are on file with the Evesham Township police department:

• The following incidents occurred on Monday, July 7:

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: Subject stopped in lot of Burns Honda but then arrested for outstanding warrants.

Route 73 South — Shoplifting: Suspect arrested for shoplifting and found in possession of heroin and marijuana.

Caldwell Avenue — Property damage: Unknown person damaged a recycling can.

Five Crown Royal — Criminal Mischief: Neighbor dispute.

Kettle Run Road — Driving while suspended license: The driver was charged with the criminal statute for driving while suspended.

Sandwood Drive — Aggravated Assault: Responded to Virtua Voorhees for a report of assault victim.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Cherry Hill turned over a subject on an Evesham warrant.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Subject transported to BCJ in default of bail.

• The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, July 8:

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: Accused arrested on three warrants during a motor vehicle stop.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant following a motor vehicle stop.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop led to arrest for ATS warrant.

Barton Run Boulevard — Found Property: Property was found in the rear of Barton Run Boulevard.

Bortons Road — Fraud: Fraudulent IRS call.

Hawk Lane — Burglary: Burglary to residence.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Suspect was transported from Salem County Jail to BCJ in default of bail.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Adult male picked up from Atlantic County Jail and transported to BCJ.

• The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, July 9:

Majestic Way — Fraud: Victim stated she received a suspicious phone call asking for personal information.

Preamble Drive — Property damage: Tree fell on victim’s vehicle during storm.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Accused arrested on active warrant while in court.

Westerly Drive — Defiant Trespassing: Male was advised that his sister in law did not want him to return to her residence.

Woodlake Drive — Found Property: Caller located two bicycles outside of her residence.

• The following incidents occurred on Thursday, July 10:

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Subject was arrested on active warrants following an investigation.

Main Street, East — Contempt of Court: Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, driver was found to have an active ACS warrant.

Neville Drive — Suspicious vehicle: Victim reported a suspicious vehicle in the area.

Sequoia Court — Burglary: Unknown actor(s) entered victim’s unlocked vehicle and stole items from within.

• The following incidents occurred on Friday, July 11:

Route 73 North — Fugitive from justice: Motor vehicle stop on a silver Mazda because the drivers registration and license were showing suspended. A check of the driver showed he had an NCIC warrant out of Pennsylvania.

Route 73 North — Fugitive from justice: Motor vehicle stop, passenger gave false name and had an NCIC warrant.

Dorset Court — Contempt of Court: Investigation of an abandon 911 call resulted in the suspect having two ACS warrants and a NCIC confirmation out of Burlington County Sheriffs.

Kettle Run Road — Traffic complaint: Subject responded to police headquarters to sign a citizen’s traffic complaint against another driver.

Pavonia Circle — Burglary: An unknown suspect forced entry into a ground level condominium and stole jewelry.

• The following incidents occurred on Saturday, July 12:

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: Subject was arrested during a motor vehicle stop for several outstanding warrants.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Accused arrested for outstanding traffic warrant on a motor vehicle stop.

Clydesdale Court — Found Property: Caller turned over a bicycle left on neighbors’ property for the past two days.

Main Street, East — Defiant Trespassing: Suspect was loitering outside of business. When told to move on, the subject harassed victim.

Old Marlton Pike — Contempt of Court: During motor vehicle stop suspect was found to have 4 active warrants.

Shady Lane — Harassment: Victim was yelled at and called profanities by suspect.

Wellington Drive — Criminal Mischief: Victim reported three males knocked over metal tree guard frame with stick.

Wellington Drive — Criminal Mischief: Unknown suspect damaged victim’s mailbox.

• The following incidents occurred on Sunday, July 13:

Route 70 West — Shoplifting: Suspect was arrested for shoplifting at Shoprite.

Route 73 North — Theft: The victim reported the contents of his wallet stolen from the AMC theater.

Buckingham Road — Harassment: Victim sustained minor injury to her hand when she was tackled.

Tuckerton Road — Property damage: Vehicle caught on fire while being driven.

• The following incidents occurred on Monday, July 14:

Route 70 West — Property damage: Victims vehicle front passenger side window was shattered. Appears a rock was blown into window by landscapers.

Route 70 West — Found Property: A passing motorist found a wallet on Route 70 and turned it into police.

Lakeside Drive — Property damage: Tree branch fell and damaged windshield.

Maple Avenue, North — Harassment: Victim reported he was harassed by a tenant.

Pavonia Circle — Burglary: Victim reported unknown subject entered her residence through a rear lower level window. Nothing was stolen.

Pickwick Drive — Lost property: Victim reported that she lost her drivers license and debit card at an unknown location sometime within the past two weeks.

• The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, July 15:

Route 73 South — Shoplifting: Male shoplifted razors from TJ Maxx.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Prisoner transport for Camden City to BCJ.

• The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, July 16:

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: Subject was arrested for outstanding traffic warrant. Same released after posting bail.

Briar Court — Criminal Mischief: Rock thrown through victim’s window.

Kent Avenue — Turned in property: Subject turned in firearms to be destroyed.

Picadilly Circle — Unattended Death: Male died of natural causes.

• The following incidents occurred on Thursday, July 17:

Route 70 East — Contempt of Court: Warrant arrest for warrant out of Pennsauken.

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop resulted in the driver being arrested for having multiple warrants.

Briarcliff Road — Burglary: Items were stolen from victims shed.

Brick Road — Found Property: Wallet was found and returned to the owner.

• The following incidents occurred on Friday, July 18:

Route 70 East — Shoplifting: Subject attempted to steal numerous boxes of toothpaste and whitening strips by concealing them in an empty cereal box.

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: During a motor vehicle stop, accused was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Andover Court — Theft: Victim had a set of NJ license plates stolen from inside her vehicle.

Tenby Lane — Harassment: Victim and neighbor had dispute regarding a pile of firewood.

• The following incidents occurred on Saturday, July 19:

Brick Road — Disorderly Conduct: Disorderly male in registration area.

Main Street, East — Property damage: Vehicle accidently damaged grass on the property of the Marlton Tavern.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Suspect was turned over by Pine Hill Police on an active warrant. Same lodged in BCJ.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Subject arrested for three warrants during a motor vehicle stop.

Kettle Run Road — Burglary: Burglary to vacant/foreclosed home.

Main Street, East — Fire: Car fire.

Tuckerton Road — Found Property: Briefcase was located in parking lot with various items.
