Marlton Elks are announcing the annual search for Policeman of the Year, Fireperson of the Year and Citizen of the Year.
Each year Marlton Elks conducts an award ceremony that identifies someone that is outstanding over the past year.
They could have excelled in their role, exceeding expectations, or performed something previously unheard of or some act of community support for one or more people that was truly remarkable.
Marlton Elks has been part of the greater Marlton community for over 40 years. The Elks provide scholarships, essay contests, youth activities and support for local veterans and charitable causes along with community awards. This year’s contest will culminate with the Youth and Community Awards event at Gibson house on April 26.
To nominate or suggest a Police, Fire or Citizen please reach out to Marlton Elks. The outreach should include the person’s name, and organization of the person being suggested. Also included should be the contact information for the person and a brief description or their work that makes them worthy of being Marlton Police, Fire or Citizen of the Year. Nominations can be submitted to [email protected].
