Marlton United Methodist offers worship session for holiday melancholy Dec. 21
Marlton United Methodist is offering a unique worship service, tailored to those experiencing loss, illness, or difficulty with the forced merriment that inevitably comes with the season.
Held on Dec. 21, the longest night of the year, at 7 p.m., this worship service will be a quiet and safe place to consider the meaning of Christmas in the midst of difficult times.
Pastor Anna Gillette, new pastor of the congregation, believes it is important to walk with community members during this season that can bring many stresses, disappointments, and grief.
