Police say the unknown male allegedly fled the store when confronted and drove away in an unknown type vehicle.

The Evesham Police Department is investigating a report of a male allegedly recording another male in secret while inside the restroom of the Chick-fil-a, 220 N. Route 73, Marlton.
Police say the unknown male was observed inside the bathroom on July 20 at 1:35 p.m., and when confronted, police say the male fled the store and drove away in an unknown type vehicle.
