The Marlton Woman’s Club invites women in the community to its fall ppen house and October general meeting on Monday, Oct. 30.
The meeting will be held at the Gibson House Community Center at 535 E. Main St. in Marlton and begins at 6:30 p.m. with light refreshments, followed by the meeting at 7 p.m.
According to club officials, The Marlton Woman’s Club is a proud member of the New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Clubs (NJSFWC) and the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC).
Self-described as a “a group of women who raise money and give it away,” the Marlton Woman’s Club raised and donated $16,815 in 2016–2017 club year, in addition to providing $17,630 of in-kind donations to civic and philanthropic entities.
The majority of the club’s activities raises awareness of issues facing individuals in need.
According to club officials, the organization offers women of all ages a network of support and encouragement, information on meaningful topics of interest including program speakers, diverse projects, community support, fun, fellowship and friendships.

The GFWC Marlton Woman’s Club is a federated non-profit volunteer service organization and meets monthly from September through May (no meeting in December) on the fourth Monday of the month.
NOTE: The October meeting will be on the fifth Monday.
