The closure is in effect daily from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Motorists traveling along Old Orchard Road in Cherry Hill may need to take a detour for the foreseeable future.
According to Cherry Hill Police, Old Orchard Road is closed to through traffic between Cropwell Road and Rabbit Run Drive. The closure will last through about Aug. 24 or Aug. 31. The daily hours of the closure are between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will be in place on most days.
Residents living along Old Orchard Road and Cobblestone Road will have access to and from their homes using the closure closest to Rabbit Run Drive. There will be no access permitted at Cropwell Road. Additionally, Regent Road residents will have access from either Blacklatch Lane or Wheelwright Lane.
