The Jewish Community Relations Council of Southern New Jersey is set to host its 42nd annual Middle East Institute, Israel and the Media, Sunday, March 13, beginning at 9:15 a.m., at the Katz JCC, 1301 Springdale Road.

The event will be moderated by Howard Joffe, ESQ, a media relations specialist, and feature Jane Eisner, editor of the Forward and communication specialist Larry Weinberg, formerly of The Jewish Agency for Israel.
Sivia Braunstein, chair of the Jewish Federation Israel and Oversees Committee, will be presented with the JCRC Israel Advocacy award at the event.
Cost to attend is $36 if registered by March 11, and $45 at the door. Seniors and JCRC patrons are $18, and students are $10.
