South Jersey native and New York Times bestselling author Matthew Quick will discuss his new young adult novel, “Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock” at the Cherry Hill Public Library on Monday, Sept. 23 at 6:30 p.m.
Quick is the author of several novels, including “Boy21,” “Sorta Like a Rock Star” and “The Silver Linings Playbook,” which was made into an Academy Award-winning film.
A former American Literature high school teacher, Quick became known for his impassioned speeches to students. Today, he continues to captivate teens and adults, visiting schools across the county. In “Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock,” Quick unflinchingly examines impossible life choices and the light in us that never goes out.
