The board voted, 7–2, to continue hearing the plan at a special meeting on Oct. 8
After nearly two years of work, Cherry Hill Township’s 2018 Master Plan still remains one step away from becoming approved.
Residents have been given a few extra days to review the draft of the township’s proposed Master Plan as the township planning board agreed to continue the public hearing on the plan at a future meeting.
At last night’s planning board meeting, the board voted, 7–2, to continue the public hearing on the proposed Master Plan at a special meeting. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday, Oct. 8, beginning at 7:30 p.m., according to the Cherry Hill Township website.
The motion was approved after some residents requested more time to review the 400-plus page plan. The vote came after a two-hour presentation on the proposed Master Plan followed by more than an hour of comments from residents.
