The event will take place on Memorial Field behind the Cherry Hill Municipal Building from 6 to 8 p.m.
The entire Cherry Hill community is invited to the township’s municipal complex on Aug. 2 for a night of fun as the Cherry Hill Police Department, Cherry Hill Township Recreation Department and Cherry Hill Alliance on Alcohol and Drug Abust host National Night Out. The event will take place on Memorial Field behind Cherry Hill town hall from 6 to 8 p.m.
National Night Out is an annual crime prevention and community policing celebration held on the first Tuesday of August in municipalities across the United States. The event promotes building a stronger police-community partnership and building neighborhood camaraderie to make towns safer places to live.
Cherry Hill’s National Night Out will feature a slew of fun activities, including an impaired driving simulated course, police obstacle course, touch-a-vehicle, K-9 demo, dunk tank, music, bike rodeo and more. Attendees can also win a number of fun prizes.
