Join the Cherry Hill Public Library in welcoming author Saadia Faruqi, a Pakistani American author and interfaith activist who writes the popular children’s early reader series “Yasmin”, “Ali the Great” and other books for children, including chapter books, graphic novels, and picture books. Ruth & Connie: Room in Every House screening. 6 p.m. Cherry Hill Public Library. Celebrate Pride Month with a screening of the award-winning documentary “Ruth & Connie: Every Room in the House” followed by a panel discussion with members of LGBTQ+ Aging with Pride.
