The Cherry Hill Historical Commission will host an in-person presentation on lighthouses of New Jersey at the Chery Hill library on Wednesday, April 17, at 7 p.m.
The speakers will be volunteers Marilyn Dunning and Alan Jacobson of the New Jersey Lighthouse Society, who both have years of sailing experience. The talk will also include the history of state lighthouses, their structure and characteristics, as well as the topics of their keepers, their purpose and how weather affects them.
