Cambridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center shines a light on heart health

Cambridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Moorestown celebrated the American Heart Association’s (AHA’s) Go Red for Women Day by illuminating its building with red flood lights. Staff and residents at the skilled nursing facility kicked off Heart Month in support of the AHA initiative to increase awareness about cardiac health for women.

Highlighting the importance of heart health, the team at Cambridge is focused on continuing education during Heart Month to stay motivated in providing the very best in cardiac care excellence. Additionally, the center offered Samba Fitness classes to get residents moving and grooving for Go Red Day.

Cambridge is proud to be an AHA Heart Failure Certified Skilled Nursing Center. Earned by less than two percent of skilled nursing centers nationwide, to date, the certification recognizes hospitals and healthcare facilities that provide high-quality care for patients with heart failure. Cambridge provides post-hospital, short-term rehab and long-term residential care; the center’s specialized clinical offerings include a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, among others.
