Kimberly Rice gave a presentation entitled, “Create the Career of Your Dreams by Charting your Own Course.”
Kimberly Rice, president and chief strategist of KLA Marketing Associates and founder of the Women in the Law Rainmaker Forum, recently presented a program entitled “Create the Career of Your Dreams by Charting your Own Course” to executive women at the SharpHeels Career Summit held at the Palomar Hotel in Philadelphia.
Rice, a Cherry Hill resident, led the interactive session, and focused on concrete steps professional women may take to create a more fulfilling career. Topics discussed included top issues with which women struggle such as implicit bias, imposter syndrome and women’s opportunity to learn to improve their negotiation skills.
Further, Rice addressed how to polish one’s professional presentation, how to improve effective communications skills and how to develop a marketing mindset, all key components to building a successful career.
