More than 200 high school seniors and juniors learned about trades and saw demonstrations during the inaugural Building Trades Job Fair hosted by Williamstown High School on March 3.

Leaders and representatives who offered their advice to students in the school’s media center included Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No 19, New Jersey Roofers Local 30 and the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 5.

Among local government officials on hand were Mayor Greg Wolfe, Deputy Mayor Joe Kurz, Business Administrator Jim DeHart and Councilman Don Heverly. They were joined by school board President Tony Ayeres, board member Quandell Inglesia and members of the Monroe Township School counseling department.
