LRHSD announces third COVID-19 case at Shawnee

There is no evidence of the virus spreading within the school, according to the district.

The Lenape Regional High School District announced Wednesday that an individual at Shawnee High School tested positive for COVID-19.

The high school will remain open at the guidance of the Burlington County Health Department. The district completed contact tracing and found no evidence of COVID-19 spreading within Shawnee High School.

This is the third case of COVID-19 at the school. On Oct. 23, LRHSD announced that two other individuals, including one remote, also tested positive.
