Gloucester County Animal Shelter, Ott’s on the Green partner for fundraiser

The fundraiser is every Monday in November

The Gloucester County Animal Shelter (GCAS) and the Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders will partner with Ott’s on the Green of Washington Township every Monday in November to raise funds for the shelter.

“Fundraisers like this allow the shelter to keep giving the great care we always do to the animals we have staying with us,” said Freeholder Director Robert M. Damminger. “We hope our residents will take advantage of the opportunity to dine and donate.”

Dine-to-Donate will be held on the following dates: Nov. 2, Nov. 9, Nov. 16, Nov. 23 and Nov. 30.

Ott’s on the Green is located at 340 Greentree Road, Washington Township. With each flyer presented during the Dine-to-Donate events, Ott’s will donate 20 percent of food sales to the shelter. Valid for dine-in or takeout food.

“We are so incredibly thankful to Ott’s Tavern and their team, for their unwavering support and partnership,” said Freeholder Heather Simmons, liaison to the Department of Economic Development. “We are proud to be partnered with such a wonderful business that cares so much about their community.”

“Events like this show how amazing the Gloucester County community is,” said Freeholder Deputy Director Frank J. DiMarco, liaison to GCAS. “This is a great opportunity to give back to not only our shelter, but to one of our many local businesses in the wake of COVID-19.”

Flyers must be printed and distributed prior to the event and given to the serve when paying the bill. Not valid with happy hour or other daily specials.

The Dine-to-Donate flier can be found at www.gloucestercountynj.gov.
