Latino and Hispanic culture and history were celebrated on Sept. 21 during Servicios Latinos de Burlington County’s annual Hispanic and Latino Heritage Festival at the county amphitheater in Westampton.
The festival featured music, food, art and entertainment for all ages. There were also vendors, free health screenings and information from several county departments and agencies.
County Commissioner Deputy Director Dan O’Connell was among the attendees, along with state Sen. Troy Singleton and Delran councilman Tyler Burrell. The event was meant to demonstrate how diversity is a strength in the county worth celebrating.
