There are 10 candidates running for three-year open seats. The only incumbent running is Quadsia Birat Niaz, who is employing the slogan “Empowering Every Student.”
Other candidates include Omar Alkahily; David Bercovitch, who is running on the slogan “Building Community Together”; Kurt Braddock; Nouruz Chowdhury; Dean Drizin, running on the slogan “Compassion, Excellence, Reliability”; Ava Friddell, running on the slogan “For the Students”; Samia Mian; Bridget Palmer; and Harvey Vasquez, running on the slogan “Innovation Engagement Fairness.”
