Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) will hold its Career and Technical Education (CTE) open-house events on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at the Cumberland County campus and Tuesday, Aug. 20, at the Gloucester County campus.
The events are an opportunity for community members, students, parents, and career changers to explore career pathways available in the CTE programs.
The Cumberland campus open house will take place between 5 and 7 p.m. at the college’s Cumberland Guaracini Center, 3322 College Drive in Vineland. The Gloucester County version will take place during the same times at RCBC’s Career and Technical Education Center, 1492 Tanyard Road in Sewell.
Open-house attendees will learn about industry-leading CTE programs through detailed presentations and informational sessions; meet with knowledgeable instructors and industry professionals who will provide insights into career opportunities and skill requirements; tour state-of-the-art facilities and experience firsthand the resources available to support student success; and learn about financial aid options, scholarships, and resources available to support educational goals.
“Our … programs are designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market,” said Brigette Satchell, dean of RCBC’s CTE program.
