Marlton Farmers Market: All residents. 4 to 7 p.m.at Evesboro Downs Park (131 Evesboro-Medford Road). The opening day of the 2024 Marlton Farmers Market. Shoppers can once again shop locally-sourced fruits and vegetables, baked goods, home goods, food trucks, artisan products, and other sustainable items. The market will continue to run every Wednesday through Sept. 11. No registration required.
Free presentation on 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s: All residents. 6:30 p.m. at the Gibson House Community Center, 535 E. Main St. The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will present a free educational program to outline “10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s” Participants will learn how to detect signs in themselves and others, as Alzheimer’s causes changes in memory, thinking and behavior that are not associated with normal aging. Toddler Time: Ages 18 to 26 months. 10:15 to 10:45 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Join the library for stories, movement, and activities designed for toddlers on the go. Ms. Jenn will focus on building early literacy skills through naming colors, counting, letter recognition, etc. in a fun, interactive environment. Caregivers are encouraged to participate in the fun. Preschool Storytime: Ages 3 to 6 years. 11 to 11:30 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Join the library for fun stories, activities, and a craft. Ms. Jenn focus on building early literacy skills such as recognition of the alphabet and written language, as well as oral language skills through rhymes or songs. Caregivers are encouraged to participate in the fun. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.
Cozy Crochet Club: Ages 12 to 17 years. 5 to 6 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to bring a current project and get cozy with fellow crocheters or start a new project from the library’s pattern selection. Beginners are welcome to attend and may learn from a library staff member. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.
Special Township Council Meeting: All residents. 5 p.m. via ZOOM. This special meeting will be conducted virtually. All residents are invited to attend. Registration can be made on the township website.
Free Summer Indoor Concert: All residents. 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Gibson House Community Center (535 E. Main St.). Evesham Township’s indoor summer concerts are back. Residents can enjoy free indoor concerts in the comfort of air conditioning every Monday night at 7 p.m. through Aug. 26. The July 29 performance is Timeless Tunes Trio.
