Family Storytime: Ages 18 month to 10 years. 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the Mount Laurel Library. Join in every other Saturday for stories, songs, and rhymes. This story time helps kids build early literacy skills and a passion for reading. Interested participants should note that this program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Those interested must plan to attend and be engaged with their child for this program. Drop-offs are not permitted. No registration required.
Teen Newspaper: Ages 10 to 18 years. 3 to 4 p.m. at the Mount Laurel Library. This class is for teens and pre-teens interested in informing their community of what is happening locally or globally. This class creates in Canva app and meets in the Discord app. No registration required. Minimum age to join Discord is 13 years. If a participant is under 13 years, a parent or caregiver must set up their account for them.

Move and Groove: Ages 18 months to 5 years. 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the Mount Laurel Library. Join in for this weekly outdoor event where participants will be able to celebrate music through rhymes, songs, and dance-alongs. This program will give kids a chance to learn new dance moves and get active. No registration required.

Toddler Storytime: Ages 18 months to 3 years. 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the Mount Laurel Library. Residents are invited for stories, songs, rhymes, and a take-home craft or coloring page as a new theme is explored every week. Mahjong: Ages 18 years and up. 1 to 4 p.m. at the Mount Laurel Library. Mahjong is a popular tile-based game of strategy and skill. Some experience is recommended for this event. Participants may bring a National Mahjong League 2023 card and a mahjong set. No registration required.
Scrabble Club: Ages 18 years and up. 6 to 8 p.m. at the Mount Laurel Library. Beginners, experts, and all word game enthusiasts are invited to join the library staff for a fun evening. The club will meet the last Tuesday of the month at night. Research shows that Scrabble keeps the brain stimulated and engaged, expands vocabulary, and even improves players moods. Scrabble boards, scoring materials, and a dictionary will be provided. Participants may bring friends or make new friends at the event. Participants will play in groups of up to four people. No registration required.
