Christine Trampe, John Meeker (third from left) and Ed Kenney (far right) were sworn in to three-year terms as board members, while Daniel Evans (far left) will fill a one-year unexpired term. Trampe has served the board for six years, while Kenney is beginning his third term and Meeker his first.
