Cinnaminson Police Department’s National Night Out will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. Aug. 1 at Wood Park on Ponoma Road.
There will be live music, face painting, inflatables, a dunk tank, hamburgers and hotdogs, police cars and fire trucks.
“National Night Out is important to our township because it gives us a chance to enhance our relationship with our residents and build upon our community-policing initiative,” Chief Richard Calabrese said. “We are grateful for any opportunity to have positive interactions with the community we proudly serve.”
National Night Out is an annual event that began nationwide nearly four decades ago to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie, as well as make neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.
