Dear Editor
At the risk of being tagged a troglodyte, I have to register a concern about misplaced priorities when it comes to celebrating animal and fossil statuary in Haddonfield.
Moorestown seems to have a thing for painted dogs but they do a far better job involving the painting of street and road markers, keeping curb cuts clean and weed free, while also attending to potholes and busted up curbs and sidewalks.
As someone who does a considerable amount of walking in the borough, these are town-wide problems that our Commissioners need to address, in between statue presentations.
Sincerely,
Jack Kirkwood
