In place of its usual luncheon in the gym, Berlin Community School is inviting Veterans to a drive-by luncheon with curbside pickup on Veterans Day, as a way to show appreciation for their service and sacrifice.

On Nov. 11 between 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m., Veterans can stop by the Berlin Community School elementary entrance to pick up an Italian, turkey, or mixed cheese (vegetarian) hoagies from Angelo’s Pizza in Berlin, NJ. There will be a drink, chips and treats for you too. Interested Veterans should RSVP to stroemelk@bcsberlin.org by Nov. 8.
The event is sponsored by the Berlin Borough Education Association.
