barre3 Cherry Hill will be hosting free classes every week in September.
Classes will take place at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Cooper River Vista Deck on North Park Drive off Cuthbert Blvd.
barre3 is a full-body balanced workout consisting of strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. Classes are perfect for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.
The Cooper River Vista Deck classes are free to attend and advance registration is recommended. Attendees should bring a yoga mat and water bottle:Â
