Kellman Brown Academy will host An Evening of Learning in honor of the memory of Rabbi Isaac Furman z”l on Sunday, September 12 at 7:30 p.m. This virtual program will consider how to return to wellness in a post-pandemic digital world, as well as the Jewish approach to health and wellness as taught by the Talmud.
The program, titled “Teshuva: Return to Wellness,” will be moderated by Zalman S. Agus, M.D., Emeritus Professor of Medicine and Physiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, and feature presentations from David B. Agus, M.D., Professor of Medicine and Engineering at the University of Southern California, CEO of the Ellison Institute and Kellman Brown Academy Alumnus; Michael SD Agus, M.D., Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and Kellman Brown Academy alumnus; and Eliana Seltzer, M.A., Judaic Studies Teacher and Judaic Studies Coordinator at Kellman Brown Academy.
