Release according to Berlin Police Department.
In the early morning hours of Saturday, August 28, a Berlin Police Officer conducted a traffic stop for multiple motor vehicle violations. During the course of the traffic stop, reasonable suspicion was developed that the occupants were involved in criminal activity. Also located was a large quantity of an unknown powder (1.48 OZ), that is currently awaiting results from the New Jersey State Police Lab for identification.
