Starting Friday, Jan. 29, coronavirus testing will be available to the public four days a week at the longtime Paws Farm site, located at 1105 Hainesport Mt. Laurel Road. Testing availability will be available Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays.
The goal is that weekend and evening testing will provide better access for working individuals. Mt. Laurel is excited to partner with the state to increase access to testing and resources.
“We know testing is a crucial part in limiting the spread of COVID-19. Mt. Laurel is proud to be of assistance and we will continue to look for ways to help residents of Mt. Laurel and Burlington County fight this deadly virus.” said Mayor Stephen Steglik.
It is recommended to those who would like to be tested should not eat, drink or chew gum for at least 30 minutes prior to being tested. Although there is no charge for testing, individuals should bring their insurance cards if they have them.
Registration is electronic: Individuals are encouraged to bring their smartphone and will be guided through the registration process. In the event an individual does not have
a smart device, the collection team will assist them from its onsite device.
