Medford Township offices close due to COVID-19

Staff has experienced a rise in COVID-19 cases and exposure.

Medford Township staff have experienced a rise in COVID cases and exposures.  In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID, the Township Administrative Building, Fire/EMS Administration Building and the Neighborhood Services Building will be closed to the public effective Wednesday, December 30, 2020 until further notice.  Please check the Township website, www.medfordtownship.com for updates.     

Fire/EMS Administration Building – Staff may be reached by phone at 609-953-3291 or by utilizing the drop box to the right of the main entrance.  

Municipal Building –   Staff may be reached by calling 609-654-2608 or by email.  There is a large drop-box located on the front porch of the building to receive large items such as construction permits, plans, etc., that may be used during business hours.   There is a small drop-off box for payments located next to the rear entrance of the building that is checked a couple times per day and is available for drop offs 24 hours per day.  Any payments may be mailed or placed in the small drop-box at the rear of the building. 

Anyone needing Registrar services are asked to contact the Registrar in advance to make arrangements for records or appointments.  Contact 609-654-2608, ext. 328.

Tax and Water and Sewer Customers are encouraged to mail their payments, utilize the on-line system(WIPP program) or use the drop-box at the rear entrance of the building.  Contact 609-654-2608, ext. 303 or 307.

Dog License Renewals may be made by mail or via the drop-box located next to the rear entrance of the building.  Contact 609-654-2608, ext. 334.
