Delran Seniors Club meeting set for March 10

On March 10, the Delran Seniors Club will hold their third meeting of 2020 at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Bridgeboro Road.

On March 10, the Delran Seniors Club will hold their third meeting of 2020 at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Bridgeboro Road. Any Delran resident 55 years or older is invited to join. Dues are $10 annually and the monthly cost is $6, which covers a complete meal for lunch.  All meetings are on the second Tuesday of the month at 1 p.m. with no meetings in July or August. Our speaker this month is from the sheriff’s department and will discuss important information for all Seniors. In December, we enjoy a fabulous Christmas party which includes a meal, a DJ, free soft drinks, beer and wine.

The club enjoys two day trips a year with our first trip scheduled for May 6. We are headed to the American Music Theater and will have lunch at Good and Plenty. The fall trip is to Doolin’s. Members pay $25 and if there is room on the bus, non-members are welcome at a cost of $75. At this time, there are still a few seats left. If interested call Barbara Bautz at 856-561-5654 as she is in charge the trips.

Every meeting includes a door prize, a 50/50 and will end with bingo at around 4 p.m. Come and give it a try for only the cost of lunch. For membership information, call Jane Orfe at 856-461-3488.
