Workshop aims to help those with food sensitives

Learn how food sensitivities can cause physical and mental health issues at the “Conquering Leaky Gut” free workshop. The event will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Wegmans Upstairs WiFi Café located at 2100 Route 70 in Cherry Hill. 

Topics to be discussed include: the evolution of food sensitivities, the gut-brain connection, the rise in chronic illness rates, the immune system’s role and how to heal your body naturally. 

This event is open to the public and children are welcome. Those experiencing digestive issues, migraines and skin problems are encouraged to attend. This information will be especially helpful to those who have a mysterious illness which hasn’t yet been diagnosed. Reservations are required. To reserve your seat, call (609)202–8188.
