Rotary Club announces ‘Pints for Polio’

The Mullica Hill Rotary Club is having the fundraising event at Chickie's & Pete's in Glassboro on Thursday, Nov. 21 from 5 to 8 p.m.

The Mullica Hill Rotary Club is trying to end Polio one pint at a time.

The event will be held at Chickie’s & Pete’s, 234 Rowan Blvd., Glassboro, on Thursday, Nov. 21 from 5 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $30 per person (ages 21+), which includes a pint of beer or glass of wine. Tickets are $20 per person for ages 7 to 20. Children under 7 are free. All tickets get an unlimited buffet, including Chickie’s & Pete’s famous crab fries, chicken fingers, various pizza, caesar salad and unlimited fountain drinks. The Rotary Club has been working to eradicate Polio for over 30 years and has made progress in the fight to rid the world of it. The club asks residents to help them keep up the fight, maintain progress and eradicate the disease by joining them at this event. All proceeds will go to the End Polio Now Campaign.
